MARITIME MACS FULL 1-YEAR WARRANTY (SCROLL TO READ ENTIRE TEXT)Our warranty offers the same exact level of protection you would receive with the purchase of a brand new Mac from Apple. It warrants against problems in materials and design malfunctions from normal use within 1 year from the date of purchase.  Warranty includes: - Any hardware problem within the 1 year warranty period. 
- Exchanging the product for another product of equivalent functionality and value if we are unable to repair or replace the original product.
- Full refund If we can’t solve the hardware problem.Depending on which is best for the customer, the repair will be covered for the remaining time of the warranty or 90 days from the date of the repair. Warranty does not cover software issues.Exceptions and limitations:- Accidental damage, abuse, misuse, damage from drops of any type, any type of liquid-damage, flooding, fires, earthquakes or other external causes.
- Damage caused by modifications that affect functioning capabilities of the product.
- Consumable parts including: batteries, unless it is due to a defect in materials or design.
- Software issues.
- Power adapter/charger and battery have a 90-day warranty instead of 1-year.If the product to be repaired has any data on it, be sure to back up the data to protect against any data loss that may come from repairs. All repairs must be performed at our repair facility in Seattle, WA.
