At Max Warehouse we make shipping easy and understandable. We gladly ship to 48 states in the USA. Our Standard shipping and delivery process is between 7-10 business days according to the following criteria:
· Our handling process normally takes 1-2 business days and the tracking information will be uploaded once the process is completed.
· Actual shipping times vary by carrier between 1-5 business days after handling time.
· Our shipping carriers are FedEx, UPS or USPS.
· We do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses.
· If you select Expedited shipping (normally 3-5 business days total), rates apply based on items shipped and total weight.

Also, in the event of receiving a damagedproduct please provide our Customer Service Team with pictures of how youreceived the package in order to provide the response to our warehouse, thiswill help us improve our processes and practices to provide you and our othercustomers a better experience.
When returning items, please repackage theproduct exactly as it was delivered, to ensure the item will arrive in sellableconditions to our distribution center. Voluntaryreturns may incur a cost to you depending on the size and type of product. Allreturn packages must include the original packing slip, blank warranty cards,manuals, and accessories.
We kindly suggest that you request a trackingnumber from the carrier when performing a return, so that you may trace thepath of the package until we receive it in our distribution center. Returned tosender items that were refused, undeliverable or marked as unclaimed will berefunded once the package arrives back at our distribution center. Please allowus 24-48 hours to process return items and perform the refund to your paymentmethod.
