Used, open box or new items: Returns accepted within 30 days. If the item is damaged or defective, return shipping will be free. For all other returns return shipping will be paid for by the buyer.

Items for parts/repair: No returns accepted.

(3) This item was dropped off to our Electronic Waste Recycling Center. We don\'t knowwhat it was exposed to before it got to us. We are strictly selling it for parts. If possiblewe perform simple power test.

Typical hours of operation: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm & Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm. (typically not operating during major holidays)
