No operating system included. Hard Drive has been removed. Hard Drive caddy is included. Windows Vista Home COA. Unit may be missing screws. Unit does have scuffs and other blemishes on its exterior. Units have not been tested for function other than power on. Device will not power on without a power supply, which is not included.
