There are 3 dead pixels on the display, (one top right, two in middle) (please see pictures). Besides this, the monitor has been tested and is fully functional. The package comes with (1) monitor, (1) stand and (1) manual (please see pictures). The package comes with everything seen in the photos. If the accessories or any other items are not pictured, they are not included.
