Here are the notes from our Engineer I got to a traffic module for the PTX5000 frame, FPC-PTX-P1-A (HECI: IP9IATNDAA) and heard rattling on the inside. I took off the lid to have a look, and there were two heat sinks that didn’t have any screws to hold them down. The heat sinks were not secured to the CPUs which will cause the CPUS to overheat.
The unit does have some bent ears as shown in pictures.
