IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT NON-OEM INK

This is a compatible NON-OEM ink cartridge and is not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Quadient or Neopost.

Some postage meters may not immediately recognize a compatible NON-OEM cartridge when it is first installed. This does not necessarily mean that the cartridge is defective.

If the machine does not recognize the cartridge, please try the following:

1. Remove the cartridge and reinstall it securely.
2. Turn the mailing system completely off.
3. Disconnect power for several minutes.
4. Reconnect the machine and restart it.
5. Remove and reseat the cartridge if necessary.
6. Carefully inspect and clean the cartridge chip/contact area if needed.
7. Do not touch the ink outlet or electronic contacts unnecessarily.

Recognition of a newly installed compatible cartridge may occasionally take slightly longer than an original cartridge.
