Any FREE or Standard Shipping itemsoffered to the lower 48 states a surchage will be added to any other destination.

If for some reason you receive anything other than what is described simply contact our office and we will make it right. Replacement verses refund depends on inventory status. If there is a circumstance of shipping damage on an item, although we pack professionally it can happen, please contact us so we can get a claim in and ship you a replacement or refund. Do not ship it back as the shipping company has to pick it up in order for the claim to be acceptable.
