This basic HP Z440 system runs macOS Ventura or Sonoma, but there is still room for customization so if you are looking for something that will perform better than most Apple alternatives, just let me know.
The system comes with a Xeon E5 v3 quad core processor, but will support numerous Xeon E5 v3 and v4 processors includingE5-2699 v3 or E5-2696 v3 2.3 GHz 45 MB 18 Core.
As suggested in an article, "If your workflow consists of 4K video, 3D rendering, or VFX in applications like AVID, Premiere Pro, Blender, Ansys, or Houdini where the benefits of ECC RAM, more cache, and possible dual CPUs with a multitude of cores are advantageous, I heartily recommend Xeon" and programs like Autocad are single threaded and will work better with higher single core speed.

Note that this basic system can be shipped much faster then if you're looking for something a little more customized, it will take a bit more to do as I don't stock components such as processors so they will be ordered and installed.
