I have over twenty years of well-honed packaging skills—breakage is rare, but sometimes things happen during transport. I have no control over what happens once it leaves my hands.

All insurance claims are the responsibility of the buyer. This is because I can’t take the broken item to the post office to prove it's broken because it will be in your possession. I'm happy to help in any way I can, though.

I plan to ship it in its box. I'll put a label on the box and send it off. :)
