Then I had to download the driver from HP's website, and run itInstallation was pretty straight forward. At some point it asked me to login to my HP account, and then it said that it could not register the printer on my account.I ignored this, and continued the installation.
Ubuntu: Installation is automatic, go to printers, select "Add Printer", and select the ENVY 6000 Series. Follow the prompts.
Mac Sonoma: Go to Settings, then Printers and Scanner, Add New Printer, Select ENVY 6000 Series, and follow the prompts.
This printer is Instant Ink ready. Instant Ink is a subscription program that HP has where you pay a fixed price every month based on the amount of pages that you print, and they send you the ink at no additional cost.
