HP E5412 ZL J869A chassis and modules. Works great! comes with 4 power supplies and power cables (These are the notched PoE). The switch comes with 4 modules (Module D is bad) the only reason I keep it in is for dust protection. I am happy to ship this, or remove it to reduce shipping cost.
