Postage and Shipping:
We use shipping methods thatprovide tracking. Untracked post is used only upon request and at the buyer’srisk.
Our preferred shipping method isvia Australian Post. We try to ship within three business days. We generallydispatch goods on Wednesday and Saturday.
Domestic Shipping: We will post using pre-paid satchels up to 3kg and in cartons up to20kg. For large parcels (over 20kg), we will ship via private courier. We willcombine multiple lots where ever possible.
International Shipping: We post using DHL Couriers via Australia Post up to 20Kgs subject toAustralia Posts limitations on size. Items in excess of 20 Kgs will be postedusing an international courier or shipping company. An estimate for freightcosts should be requested prior to purchase.
International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in theitem price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer\'s responsibility.

Combining purchases:

About the items for sale:
Note 1: These items have passed avisual inspection. We have no ability to test items. The item is sold “as is”.
Note 2: If the item is a ThreePhase Electric Motor or Three Phase High Voltage Transformer or any other ThreePhase High Voltage heavy duty electrical equipment, testing of the device canbe arranged with a local company specializing in the testing of such equipmentat the purchaser’s expense prior to purchase.
Warranty / Guarantee / Returns:
We are not licensed by themanufacturers to sell their products so cannot offer a warranty nor do weaccept any liability for their use.
No warranty is offered for ThreePhase motors, Three Phase transformers and other Three Phase heavy-dutyelectrical equipment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to request a conditionreport prior to purchase. We do not accept any responsibility for the conditionreport by the testing specialist.
For all other items, we offer amoney-back guarantee, if the item is faulty or is not as described. Pleasenotify us within 30 calendar days of the sale, and return the item to us in itsoriginal condition. (The purchaser will pay for return postage) We will processa full refund within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please request a returnaddress. The address may vary depending on the nature of the item.
Carrier Insurance: We do not use carrier insurance unless specifically requested by thebuyer. We make every effort to package items well for transport but take noresponsibility for loss or damage during transport. Carrier insurance will beadded to the cost of the purchase.
