HGST Ultrastar 7K4000 4TB enterprise hard drive, model HUS724040ALE641, firmware MJAOA5F0. It's a 3.5" SATA 6 Gb/s drive at 7200 RPM with 64 MB cache. It's well suited to NAS, homelab, backup, or DVR use.
