Please note, I do keep track of all Serial numbers to avoid exchanging. For higher value items, video recording will be taken to document cosmetic condition and functionality of item being sold at time of packaging & shipment.

The item will be shipped with USPS or UPS and tracking number will be posted on “view order details” and signature confirmation will be required for higher value items.
If I am to require signature confirmation, check to verify the package of all of its contents once the package arrives. When you sign for the package you are satisfied with package cosmetically and verified the package of all its contents. This is to protect you the buyer and me as seller from Post service and buyer “Rifling.” If you do not receive all the order, do not sign for the package. The carrier will simply send the package back to me.
Buyer will be held responsible for all fees associated with the transaction (/Paypal Fees & Shipping). Returns made for all non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping is not negotiable and non-refundable.
Given the high cost of merchandise sold in this store, any returns granted must be directed back to the seller. Once UPS or USPS is in possession of parcel, Seller will confirm the name and address with shipping carrier is same as the original return shipping label. Furthermore, all returns will undergo video recording during the opening process to verify the item's original condition, ensure consistency in identification (i.e. Serial #), and confirm the contents of the parcel match those originally shipped. Any instances of fraud or theft will be promptly reported to and local authorities.
