For parts only. The item either doesn't power up or can't boot into the operating system/Microsoft Windows. There's no visible damage to the item. The LCD screen appears to be in perfect condition with no cracks. However, since the item doesn't power on, we can't perform any testing.
It doesn't come with a power cord. No returns.
