Beautiful set, it was used pretty lightly and there’s minimal shine. Certain novelties are included but not the entire set. However the whole base kit is included I’m 99% sure but I didn’t check every cap so I recommend before buying to make sure everything’s there if you’re concerned. This set is getting harder and harder to find in good condition so don’t miss this opportunity!
