Used for ONE WEEK, my employer didn't allow using headsets that weren't provided by them, works great and enjoyed not having to be connected/wired to laptop/computer! came with bluetooth usb/ wire for optional connection (for example if you forgot to charge it one day) / charger (will be shipped charged!) i got rid of the original box so i will find another box to ship in. NOISE CANCELLING and i did use it for professional work. feel free to ask any questions!
