This is an incredibly rare piece of computing and graphical user interface history: the complete 3-disk GEM 8086 Developer Kit (Version 2.1), published by Digital Research in July 1986. This development suite provided the early system software, compilation tools, and documentation hooks required by programmers to engineer software for the historic graphical environment running on early Intel 8086 architectures.
All three disks have been verified as error-free. A low-level hardware read was completed, successfully resolving all 720 sectors on each disk with no read errors. You can buy with total confidence knowing the magnetic media on these disks are in fully working, flawless condition.

The floppy disks are in spectacular cosmetic shape. The black protective jackets are flat, clean, and completely rigid. The original factory-printed text labels are exceptionally well-preserved with bright coloring, crisp text, and absolute zero peeling or staining.
The disks will be packaged securely between heavy layers of thick, rigid cardboard inside a padded mailer to guarantee they arrive flat, safe, and fully protected from any bending, warping, or crushing during transit.
