***READ***Unit powers on fine and was previously running windows 11 (removed my drive, left 1TB HDD). However, I believe some of the CPU socket pins are damaged/bent, as the GPU only negotiates PCIe x1. It does read the GPU, however at x1 PCIe 3 you are limited to sub 1GB/S.
It has no ram, and no operating system installed. You are getting the tower with the Xeon E-2174G CPU, as well as the 1TB HDD. It has a non-dell standard ATX PSU with a 6+2 pin + 6 pin pcie cabling.
