Testing Performed
The server successfully POSTs and recognizes both Intel Xeon E5-2660 processors and the full 32GB of installed RAM.
Memory was tested using MemTest86:
Both 495W power supplies were individually tested. The server successfully powered and operated from each PSU independently.
All four onboard Ethernet ports were tested with a live network connection and produced link/activity indication.
All seven internal cooling fans were visually confirmed operational.
The PERC H310 Mini RAID controller is detected during POST.
Lifecycle Controller successfully loads.
During initial testing, the server reported a memory-training warning for DIMM A1. The DIMM was removed and reseated, after which the system correctly recognized the full 32GB of RAM. A complete MemTest86 pass was subsequently performed with zero errors.
Dell's embedded Hardware Diagnostics environment was also attempted. The diagnostic environment did not successfully launch and displayed a UEFI software page-fault. Because the diagnostic utility itself did not complete, no claim is made that Dell embedded diagnostics passed. The hardware testing described above was performed separately.
Storage / OS
No hard drives are included. The RAID controller reports that disks from a previous configuration are no longer present, which is expected with the previous drives removed.
The system contains an old Ubuntu boot entry in UEFI, but no bootable operating-system drive is currently installed.
Condition
Used enterprise server with normal cosmetic wear from previous installation and use. Tested and working as described above. Please review all photos for the exact physical condition and included hardware.
