Refunds are only provided if a suitable replacement is not available. The buyer must notify GreenTek Solutions in writing (e-mails qualify) of any problem within the documented warranty period to qualify for refund or replacement. GreenTek Solutions is not obligated to offer warranty services beyond the stated warranty period. Return Authorization (RMA) is required for defective product returns. Credit for returned item will be issued after the return of the defective product.Upon receipt of Return Authorization, the buyer has 3 Business Days to ship item to us and provide tracking number via e-mail. GreenTek Solutions does not issue refunds for any form of shipping, either to or from the buyer. Items that are damaged while in the buyer's possession, regardless of circumstances, do not qualify for a refund or exchange. Texas buyers and local pick-up customers at our facility will be charged 8.25% Sales Tax. Buyers are required to provide payment within 3 days from winning the sale, unless other arrangements are made.
