Shipping Policy

We ship 6 days a week, most items will ship the next business day.Orders are processed once per day sometime between 7am (CST) and 9am (CST) onMonday-Friday, and between 9am (CST) and 11am (CST) on Saturday. Orders thatcome in after, will be processed the next business day. Most DVDs, CDs, VHS,Blu-ray Discs, Books, and Magazines will be sent via Media Mail. If yourpackage weighs less than 4oz and fits in a 10”x7” padded envelope we may beable to upgrade Media Mail to First class at no charge. Everything else is sentby the cheapest common carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) unless otherwise specified.Please note if your address is returned to us as invalid, we will cancel yourorder and relist so please verify that your address is valid for ALL carriers.Expedited Shipping may be available if you contact us BEFORE you purchase for aquote. We ship internationally to just about anywhere, however be aware thatyour purchase is subject to Import/Export restrictions. if we are informed thatyour item is restricted in any way, we will cancel your order and relist. Ifyour country is not supported by the international shipping program,please contact us for a shipping quote before you purchase.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the sale ending, if the hasnot been modified in any way.

·Damaged Items: if the item is damaged in shipping, or not functional on arrival pleasecontact us Immediately, and well either replace or refund the item under ourguarantee.

·Misrepresented Items: We take pride in making every effort to provide accurate descriptionsof our items. However, if you feel the description of your purchase wasincorrect, please contact us immediately. Misrepresented items are fullycovered under our guarantee.

·Lost Items: if the Tracking show the item has been delivered, please contact USPSto trace the package. If the package is lost in transit, please let us know,and we will work with USPS to locate your item or issue a full refund.

·Modified Items: We do not accept returns if the item has been modified from its shippedcondition.

·Other Returns: Please contact us for an address to send your return. We will issue youa full refund minus the shipping cost within 24 hours of receipt of the item.

Photo Policy

·Stock Photos (if available) are used on Books, CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays,Magazines, and Video Games. If no stock photo is available, we will take aphoto of the actual item being sold.

·Multiple quantity listings may have one photo, for multiple items, inthese cases the photo may not be of the actual item you receive, we make everyeffort to have the photo fully represent what you can expect to receive in youorder. If you feel that your order was misrepresented in any way, pleasecontact us Immediately and see our return policy.
