seller refurbished don't know why refuses to let me set that as its conditio this is basic tested, minor cleaning, inspected, updated to run on Windows 11 (current OS), new battery purchased installed tested and working, new charger purchased for device tested working only minor flaw to be found: tiny essentially unnoticeable hairline crack coming down from slightly off right of dead centet definitely less than a full inch in length. This is a computer that's just as capable of basically everything a brand new comparable laptop is as well as running on the same operating system as this machine was upgraded to run on the most current OS available. This is the essentially the same as buying a comparable device that was released this year
