1U patch panel with 64x female LC connectors cabled to 16x MPO/MTP connectors. Each 8 fiber male MPO/MTP connection breaks out to 4x female LC duplex connectors.
This kit is used to breakout 40Gb switch connections into four (4) 10Gb LC connections. This would likely work with 100Gb switches as well to break out to 25Gb connections.
