Data Technology Corporation DTC-3520A SCSI 25-pin external and 50-pin internal interface card.
This is fully tested working, and supplied with DOS/win3.1 driver disk. In Windows98, it is a clone of the Adaptec AHA-150x cards and can be installed as if it were one of those and win98 is happy.
I have used this to access external CD-rom drives in DOS, and boot a blue-scsi from the external 25-pin adapter. It does have a boot bios rom, so you can use it to connect a bootable hard drive on the 50-pin connector which i also tried and it worked.
