"30-DAY HARDWARE WARRANTY"=Items listed with "30-Day Hardware Warranty" in theirlisting are for hardware malfunction/defects only. It does not cover cosmeticdamage or software issues. If the listing does not state "30-Day HardwareWarranty" then it has no warranty outside of 's "not asdescribed" warranty. This warranty period begins on the date the item isreceived.

No OS / OS Not Loaded / COA onlystated in a listing means that there is noOperating System Loaded on the Unit that is posted for sale. The COA(Certificate of Authenticity) sticker is located on the unit and has theProduct Key needed to be able to load that OS on your unit. Obtaining theproper disk/flash drive for the OS is the buyer's responsibility.

No COAmeansthat the unit for sale does not contain the COA or Product Key needed to loadan Operating System on the PC. Buyer is responsible for everything needed (COAand Install Disk) to load an Operating System on the unit.

If a PC (laptop and/or Desktop) reads"HardriveError""Media Not Found"or"NoBootable Device Found"type of message on the screen.. this isnot a defect in the unit. It means an Operating System needs to be loaded onthe unit. Our units are sold/shipped with a completely clean/wiped Hardrive sothe unit will give this kind of message until an OS is loaded.

IF AT ANY TIMEWEDECIDE TO ACCEPT A RETURN (AS ACOURTESY) THAT IS OUTSIDE OUR WARRANTY DESCRIPTION THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKINGFEE AND ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. BUYER WILL ALSO BERESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING. THE DECISION WHETHER TO ACCEPT ARETURN (THAT IS OUTSIDE OUR WARRANTY DESCRIPTION) IS SOLELY AT OUR DESCRETION.
