I used this laptop for a couple years but no longer need it. Laptop works well. Battery health is "excellent" and holds a charge. It is the larger 97whr battery that comes equipped on 4k touch variations of this laptop. Comes equipped with 16GB memory and a 512GB SSD. It also has the nice 4k resolution touch screen.
One missing screw on the bottom.
The original keyboard didn't work when I got this laptop so I replaced the keyboard with an aftermarket one. Some of the finish on the space bar has worn off.
The palm rest shows some wear and mild yellowing that is pretty common with these machines as they get older.
All of the ports work.
USB type C charger is included and a smaller 45w power adapter from an Inspiron that can be used with this laptop. The USB type C charger has a crack through the plastic housing but works fine.
Laptop is loaded with Windows 10 but you can upgrade to Windows 11 if you use Regedit to bypass the limits. Microsoft has a guide explaining how to do this.
