A BIOS / Setup Administrator Password is enabled. The password is UNKNOWN and NOT included. BIOS information can be viewed, but protected settings cannot be changed without the password.
2. MISSING "G" KEYCAP
The "G" keycap is missing from the keyboard. The underlying mechanism is exposed. Please see close-up photograph.
3. CRACKED CARD READER AREA
There is a crack / damaged plastic trim along the left side near the SC smart-card reader slot. The card reader's functionality has not been verified. Please review the close-up photograph. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This Dell Latitude 5410 laptop has been tested to BIOS and powers on properly.
BIOS recognizes the 10th Generation Intel Core i5-10310U processor and 8GB DDR4 RAM.
The 14" LCD displays a clear BIOS image.
IMPORTANT: This laptop has an enabled BIOS Administrator Password. The password is unknown and is not included. Protected BIOS settings cannot be changed without it.
The keyboard is missing the "G" keycap. There is also a crack in the plastic surrounding the left-side SC card-reader slot.
The exterior has visible scratches, scuffs and cosmetic paint wear. Please see photographs.
NO SSD, NO OPERATING SYSTEM AND NO BATTERY ARE INCLUDED.
A Dell AC adapter is included.
The laptop was tested to BIOS only. Booting an operating system was not confirmed during testing.
