Three things stated plainly. This is the bare router — no power supply, antennas, SIM or mounting hardware, and the cables in the photos are bench test leads that do not ship. A factory reset was performed on only one of the thirteen, so assume yours has not been reset and plan on doing it as your first step — the config was read and audited clean either way, which is the part that matters for data. And the photos show a representative unit; they are all the same model from one decommission and in the same cosmetic condition.
Functional: Powers up and boots normally on bench DC. Full configuration captured and inspected on every unit: no previous-owner configuration, SIM slot physically checked and empty, NetCloud/ECM unbound with no account attached. Units sit at stock settings.
