100% fully functional, pulled from working units. This Cooler Master ML240 RGB TR4 Edition all-in-one liquid cooler was removed from a working BOXX professional workstation running an AMD Threadripper 2990WX (32-core, 250W TDP), so it has been cooling one of the hottest desktop CPUs AMD has made.
The TR4 Edition uses a large, full-coverage copper cold plate sized for Threadripper's oversized heat spreader, so all of the CPU dies get direct contact. It mounts with the Threadripper bracket already installed on the pump head. Just remove the old cooler, apply fresh thermal paste, and screw it down.
As is typical for BOXX builds, the fans are BOXX-installed 120mm fans in aluminum brackets rather than Cooler Master's original RGB fans. They come pre-mounted on the radiator.
