Q: Why are my prints not sticking anymore?

A: Dust, oil, or wear on the plate’s coating is the most common cause. Clean it with wipe the surface with a damp cloth only (no alcohol!) and check if the coating is worn from scratches or frequent use. The plate is a consumable, so adhesion will naturally decrease over time.

Q: Can I use alcohol to clean the cold plate?

A: Absolutely not! Alcohol will damage the special coating and ruin its ability to hold prints. Only use wipe the surface with a damp cloth for cleaning.

Q: What if I see tiny bubbles on the cool plate surface?

A: Don’t worry! Tiny bubbles are a normal part of the break-in process and will fade over time. They won’t affect your print quality or get bigger.

Q: Why does my filament keep warping?

A: Different filament brands have different thermal expansion rates. Always use the recommended printing temperature for your filament type to ensure the best adhesion and prevent warping.
