This ad is for the Commodore VIC-20 itself ONLY. No power supply, cables, RF modulator, joysticks, control paddles etc., are included.

This machine has been tested by using it for a few hours to play games and program. It has one technical issue (see "IMPORTANT NOTE" below).

IMPORTANT NOTE:Control paddles work intermittently. Joystick works fine.

The following work has been done on this unit:

-Case cleaned inside and out.

-New electrolytic capacitors.

-Heat sinks added to VIC chip. VIC Chip date: 3282 (32nd week of 1982).

-Arctic MX-4 heat sink compound applied to internal power supply heat sink.

-Broken power switch has been replaced by a new push button switch (see pictures).

-Minor repairs have been made to the case near the user port, using 30-minute epoxy, (see pictures).

Note, the tabs on back top half of the case are broken. However, the three screws and posts at the front of the case are still good.
