Domestic Shipping
We fulfill orders Monday thru Friday each week. For your convenience, we offer two tiers of shipping service. You can choose your shipping service at checkout.
Economy shipping service generally arrives within 4-9 business days. Economy orders are shipped within one business day, local weather permitting. Economy orders are shipped using the most cost-effective shipping method, including USPS Ground advantage mail USPS Parcel Select, and USPS Media Mail. On rare occasions, such as during severe national weather interruptions, USPS shipping services may be delayed and take longer than usual, as long as 14 business days from the order date.
Expedited shipping generally arrives in 2-4 business days. Expedited orders are packaged and shipped first and usually receive same-day shipping when placed before 12:30 pm PST or (3:30 pm EST) will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after this time will likely ship the next business day.
Offers
Our organization requires that an item be listed for at least 30 days before we consider accepting customer offers to reduce the purchase price. If you wish to make an offer on a favored item, "watch" that item as we occasionally send reduced-price offers and coupons. If the item of interest has not yet gone on sale or has not been sold after 30 days, feel free to make another offer, we will consider it at that time.
Returns

We respond to inquiries Monday thru Friday. During busy times of the year, it may take up to 48 hours to get back to you. Please report any defects, damages, or shipping issues within 30 days of shipment. We will always do our best to resolve these issues.
