this is a black leather shoulder bag briefcase tote by coach. approx 16.5'' wide, approx 11'' high. and approx 2.5'' deep. soft leather....will expand a bit. front marked coach. corners have some wear more on one corner than the others. polish should help. double snap flap closure. back has large snap close pocket. inside there is a zip pocket. leather loop. adjustable shoulder strap. silver tone metal hardware. some white marks on the leather. i did not attempt to remove. under the flap is a zip pocket. inside has a zip pocket. also there are 2 larger open pockets. on them is a smaller open pocket and 3 pen/pencil holders. there is no padding, etc.
