Please take into account that it is a Pre-owned printer, although it has been thoroughly tested and cleaned it may have slight wear from use, such as superficial scratches which do not affect operation of the printer.

In an effort to reduceintentional return fraudwe may ask the buyer when initiating a return request to provide us with a photo of the serial number and or a picture of any damage if any that has occurred. The serial number will be present on most of the products we sell and is recorded at the time the listing is created. This will help expedite your return and ultimately a speedy refund.
