We Strongly Advise against using Freight Forwarding company to handle your packages. Most of them end up damaging the Boxes. They alter packaging, Load heavy boxes on top etc. Fed Ex , UPS or USPS are not going to handle breakage claim because product handling has one more company involved. We cannot help as well with such breakages. Ask your freight forwarding company to double box packages before shipping you. We ship fragile glass product not meant to handle by Freight Forwarders.
