Freight Forwarding Advisory

We strongly advise against using freight forwarding companies, as they often mishandle packages—damaging boxes, altering packaging, or stacking heavy items on fragile ones. Since an extra party is involved in handling, FedEx, UPS, and USPS will not honor breakage claims, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with such damages either.

If you must use a freight forwarder, we recommend:
✅ Asking them to double-box your package for extra protection.
✅ Purchasing insurance to cover any potential damage, as you’ll need to handle claims directly with the insurance provider.

Our products contain fragile glass and are not designed for rough handling by freight forwarders. Please take precautions to protect your order.
