Upon installing the software unto a computer and entering the serial number and product key, it will ask to request an activation code from Autodes k. This is an online process. There will be a request code provided to you in the software. You will need to contact Autodes k to get the activation code directly, as the automated process online won't work. Autodes k is VERY stingy on perpetual licenses, especially older ones. It is very difficult and time consuming to get it from them. You will have to be very persistent and blunt. A previous customer managed to do it, but I cannot guarantee anything.A work around to this is to never let the date of the installed PC advance one day. You need to keep rolling it back in the BIOS for each new day of booting. Use the date 01-01-2000 00:00am for example. If the Ethernet is plugged in, MS WIN OS might warn it’s going to fix it, so disable internet. Also some anti virus software takes date changes as a threat, so you will need to disable that too. The best work around I found is to use a separate key gen software to provide an activation code and override the process.
