• Will this work with my TV?

It works with TVs that have optical or AUX audio output. If your TV only has HDMI ARC, you’ll need the Avantree HAX06 HDMI ARC Audio Extractor.

It only works with Auracast-enabled hearing aids. Please check the compatible models shown in Image 7 before purchase.

It depends on your TV. When using optical connection, about 80% of TVs can play sound from both TV speakers and headphones.

• Can I connect two Bluetooth headphones at the same time?

No. In Bluetooth mode, it supports one pair of headphones only. For multiple listeners, switch to Auracast mode – it can stream to unlimited Auracast headphones.

• Can I use this with my soundbar too?

No, it does not work directly with soundbars. To use it with a soundbar, you’ll need the Avantree HAX06 HDMI ARC Audio Extractor.
