Unit has has had some limited testing. Console powers on, was hooked up to a TV and I was able to play a game or 2(not sure all games are working). One joystick seemed like it stuck a little bit and was glitchy. This was some time ago so I don't remember which one. Selling this unit as is. Again it does power on.
