Initially developed for laser SLA printer and large format MSLA, Antinsky's premium NFEP Film offers excellent peel performance over standard FEP film.

NFEP is softer than standard FEP and thus easier to scratch.

Higher Print Success

Antinsky NFEP Film is an upgraded version of the FEP film. Up to 95% light transmittance.Higher heat resistance than FEP, able to work stably for a long time at 500 °F/260 °C, the melting point is 580 °F/305 °C. It is made of stronger materials, so the pulling force won't be as strong during printing can create more accurate and smooth prints. It greatly improves the success rate of printing.

Better Durability

Compared with traditional FEP film, Antinsky NFEP Film is made of higher quality materials, which makes it has higher tensile strength and elongation at break. Which leads to each layer being more easily removed when lifted because the NFEP fights back more, and a longer life for NFEP films because of slightly higher crack resistance.

Installation Steps

Remove 8 screws to detach the steel rings from the resin vat.

Remove the 24 screws to seperate tje steel rings and change the nFEP film.

Put the new nFEP film in-between the two steel rings and install those 24 screws back.You may need to force the screw in.

Install the steel rings back to the resin vat and ensure the nFEP film is clean and tensioned properly.
