We accept all forms of payment and Immediate Payment is required at checkout.
Unfortunately, transactions cannot be canceled after the item has been marked as "Shipped." Please read the entire description prior to making a purchase.
Purchases by resellers are subject to cancellation at our discretion.
Buyers in the state of California are subject to a 9% Tax charge. Please check your state’s tax rates or at checkout to see what your tax will be.

If you have an issue, please contact us through first before leaving response. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal! If there is a problem with the product, you must contact us within 30 days of arrival so that we may resolve the issue within your warranty period. Our support team is solely email-based and they respond to each email within 1 business day.
There is a 15% restocking fee for any non-defective returns. SO, if you receive the product and do not want it, we will automatically take 15% out of the total amount before refunding the rest of your money. If the item is in used or any other condition other than how we shipped it, order is subject to up to 50% deduction.
Return shipment cost is free. We do not have the means to reimburse already-purchased postage.
VERY IMPORTANT! If you return an item not properly packaged we will return an item to you without a refund. Item must be packed in the exact same way as we did. We always put tons of bubble wrap or other protective material to avoid any damage during shipping.
Do not attempt to repair the item on your own. This will void the return policy. We will not issue a full refund if we discover that the item is not returned in the same exact condition it was sent.
