This is for a high quality components kits to assemble your own Adlib clone audio card. Keep in mind that this card requires -5v, so if you are using an ATX to AT power supply adapter, you will need to either use a Voltage Blaster or similar.

This kit DOES NOT include the required ICs. You will need to source them separately. Most of them can be purchased at Mouser or Digi-Key, but some chips will need to be bought from either or Aliexpress. We decided not to include the IC’s due to the fact that some customers will need the complete set, some will already have half of them, etc. In addition, some customers will want specific IC’s or New or Used. We decided it was better to leave that up to the customer.

This kit DOES NOT include the ISA bracket. There is a blank available at Mouser/Digi-Key (Part# 534-9202). You have to drill two 7mm or 9/32 holes in the blank bracket for the 3.5mm audio jack and potentiometer. Again, some customers will want this, some will not so we decided not to include it. If there is enough demand, we might start carrying the brackets as a separate item.

This kit DOES include everything else you need to assemble the Adlib card including the PCB, Passive Components, and Double Wipe Sockets for each of the ICs. We have used high quality brand name components from manufacturers such as Kemet, Sprague, Panasonic, Alps, Kyocera. We have bagged and/or labeled most of the components to make the assembly as easy as possible.
