Warranty

This item comes with  a 30 day standard warranty. 

Our warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, water damage, loss, or theft.

Return

If a piece of equipment is defective in any way that is not described, please message us and we will do our best to troubleshoot or replace the defective equipment. If we do not have a replacement piece in stock, we will refund the cost of the equipment. 

All products must be in its original packaging and accompanied by an RMA number, please contact us via e-mail for RMA#.

Ordered by mistake

All purchases may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund. However, restocking 20% fee will apply. 

Shipping

DOMESTIC - Products are shipped Monday through Friday. The estimated delivery time is 1-6 business days depending on location.

If "Free Shipping" is offered, it will be by Ground only and within USA Continental States Only (48 States).

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO Addresses

There will be a surcharge on shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. After you made purchase, surcharge will be calculated by using the package weight and size.
