Each connected computer requires two HDMI output ports, and each monitor requires one HDMI input. Supporting up to 8K@60Hz and 4K@120Hz, the HDMI KVM switch is designed for high-resolution display applications. It is also backward compatible with 2K, 1080P, 720P, 480P, and 240P resolutions. To achieve 8K output, the connected computer, monitor, and HDMI cables must all support 8K resolution. Built-in EDID emulation stores monitor parameters to help the connected computer quickly recognize the display when switching between sources. This helps maintain a consistent display environment and reduces the need to rearrange windows after switching computers. The dual monitor KVM supports Copy and Extend display modes for different workspace needs. Copy Mode displays the same content on both monitors, while Extend Mode allows different content to be displayed across the two monitors. It can be used for office work, multitasking, design, monitoring, presentations, and other dual-display applications. Four USB 3.0 ports provide data transfer speeds of up to 5Gbps and support peripherals such as keyboards, mice, printers, webcams, and USB flash drives. For convenient source selection, the KVM switch provides two switching methods: panel buttons and an infrared remote control. The LED indicator shows the currently active computer.
