Please note that the two sticks have different sub-revision suffixes: one is M321R4GA3PB2-CCPKC (Montage RCD) and the other is M321R4GA3PB2-CCPWC (Rambus RCD). Additionally, the M321R4GA3PB2-CCPWC module has a small physical nick on the top-left corner of the PCB. All DRAM ICs, RCDs, and PMICs are physically present on both sides of the boards as shown.
