READ IF YOU USE 3RD PARTY SHIPPERS:

We understand some customers choose to use third-party couriers, transshippers, or freight forwarders to forward packages to their final destination. However, please note that this practice is against policy and is done at your own risk.

Due to a high volume of issues and lost packages reported by customers using these services, wecannot guarantee delivery or offer refunds, replacements, or supportfor orders once they are marked as delivered to the third-party shipping address.

Once your order is delivered and confirmed by tracking to the address provided at checkout, our responsibility for the shipment is complete. Any further handling or forwarding is entirely the responsibility of the third-party service and the buyer.

We highly recommend providing a direct and secure shipping address at checkout to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

If you read our 3rd party shipment policy and still decide to use a 3rd party shipping service, please add a note to your order to inform us so we can give it the best chance possible to arrive to you.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
