* Thisitem is designed by me (Heather at Sea2Sea Treasures, LLC) located in Port StLucie, Florida. I am the owner and sole employee so when you send messages Iwill be the one responding every time. I take customer service very seriouslyand strive daily to make your purchase pleasant, reliable and affordable.
*Manufacturing and shipping is done by my partner printers throughout the USAand overseas. This is why we do not have "fancy packaging/add-ins"and the return address on the label may list a location other than Florida.
*Thisprocess is called Print on Demand (POD). This allows me to offer a large amountof design options and products for my customers without holding inventory. Thisis a wonderful option for those of us with small businesses who do not haveaccess to storage warehouses. This is not drop-shipping!
* Thisitem is custom made to order. That means that there is a production time thataverages 2-7 days for each item. That is different from Ready to Ship (RTS)items. What that means is that I do not have an option to ship same or nextday. I have no control over how busy my partner printers are (especially duringpeak holiday times). That being said - 99% of my items are shipped in 5 days orless.
*Express shipping upgrades may be available for some items (however the cost issignificantly higher). Let me know if you need a quote.
* Withany type of manufacturing, things can happen such as delays, misprints, oritems lost in the mail. If you do not have tracking information for your order7 days after you order please message me so that I can look into it.
* If youare not happy for any reason when you receive your order please let me know. Iwill work with you to come to a resolution which may include a replacement orrefund. In most cases, items will need to be sent back to me (in Florida) inunused condition prior to a refund awarded.
* If youneed a quantity of something that is higher than the amount shown on thelisting please let me know. I can also see if you qualify for a bulk discountbased on the number of items that you need.
