Pre-owned. Very good condition Except battery leaked at ends, white powder. Packied in an original shipping bag. May be new old stock, but not sure. Sold as is since I cannot test it. Well packed.
All of our items are sealed in plastic to protect from weather.

When we closed our warehouse we had to scrap out over 100 computers of varioustypes, Apple, IBM, IBM clones etc. Wesold a lot of computer boards, drive and keyboards on . We kept some of thehardware for sale later. This is one ofthose pieces. It may or may not havecome out of a working computer. It may or may not work.
Some was new old stock or never used items.

I pack very securely and seal your items in a plastic bag to insure your itemsarrive in good condition protected from wet weather.
I am always happy to combine shipping whenever possible. Small items combineeasily. Larger or fragile item, often do not combine.
